Mayday Mine and Mill Site, Wildcat Mining Corporation, 110(2) Permit Amendment <br />Exhibit C <br />• necessary, from the San Juan Basin Health Department or alternative services will be <br />provided. <br />Chemical and Petroleum Product Storage <br />Petroleum products to be stored at the site include: <br />• Gasoline <br />• Kerosene <br />• Diesel <br />Chemicals to be stored at the site include: <br />• Soda Ash <br />• Aero 350 Xanthate <br />• Aerofloat 208 Promoter <br />• Dowfax 2A1 Solution Surfactant <br />• Sodium Silicate Solution <br />• Methy isobutyl carbinol (M]BC) <br />• Terpineol (Pine Oil) <br />Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for the above chemicals are presented in <br />Attachment C -2. The chemical fate and concentrations to be slurried and disposed in the <br />underground stopes follows. <br />Chemicals will be labeled and stored in a shed located on the mine bench (Figure E -5). <br />. Chemicals to the extent possible will be recycled or disposed offsite in accordance with <br />Chemical Manufactures' recommendations. Chemicals or petroleum products where the <br />volume exceeds 55 gallons will be located in double containment structures. The <br />containment structures will be of the size to contain 150% of the stored liquids. <br />Used oil, antifreeze and other waste hydrocarbons not used in the process will be <br />recycled or disposed of in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. <br />Solid Waste <br />Solid waste (paper, wood, tires etc) will be disposed offsite in an approved Sanitary <br />Landfill or recycled <br />Bone Yard <br />A bone yard (solids only) will be maintained on the Mayday No.l bench. Materials to be <br />kept on site will support mine and milling maintenance requirements. <br />Signage (Rule 3.1.12) <br />As required, the following signs will be posted in the mine area: <br />• Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Permit Number and contact <br />information <br />• Boundary markers or monuments <br />• Colorado Department of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (CDRMS) signs that <br />are visible from the mine access road <br />0 March 12, 2010 Amendment M- 1981 -185 <br />3 <br />
