Pond 001 was discharging mine water. The discharge appeared clear and the volume was
estimated at about 40-50 gallons per minute. The operator took a water sample on this day
for compliance with the currently approved CDPS permit. The water temperature was taken
and recorded at 1 degree Celsius. The conductivity was measured at 2200 umhos/cm.
Documents received by the Inspector
The inspector received an application for a Minor Revision (MR-92) from the operator. This
revision was hand carried to the DRMS office and recorded received on February 25, 2010.
