Division will require a signed affidavit from Ouray County stating that the widened areas on the <br />road are to permanently remain. <br />8. In the likely event that adverse weather conditions will delay or completely shut down the <br />drilling project Please explain what temporary drill hole abandonment procedures will be used. <br />Per Rule 5.4.3, all temporarily abandoned drill holes shall be securely capped in a manner that <br />prevents unauthorized entry and injury to persons or animals. <br />9. .In the mine application form Item 6, Part J. states that "Several drill sites are located close to <br />Sneffles Creek. Every effort will be made to keep drilling fluids and cuttings away from surface <br />waters. ". Please specify what measures will be taken to protect surface water quality.
