Morgan was the one who really needed to file the objections and Mr. Morgan was the one who really needed to SIGN those objections. We did not have a power of attorney, but ALL of those comments that I have ON tapee ii;wereAUNTRUE statements. I have as much right as he does even though I do not OWN the property according to all rules and regulations. Nothing I objected to ever needed Mr. Morgans signature. Permit-Renewal#5 was also passed based on MANY false hoods that were brought up at the meeting and had stipulations#16 and #17 which also have not been resolved. The FAKE Permit- Revision #6 does not qualify for a permit-revision based on all lies and NO ONE IS GOING TO BE SATISFIED WITH DRMS OR WFC BENCH ONE MATERIALS BEING SUBSTITUTED FOR OUR PRIME TOPSOIL THAT YOU KNEW ABOUT FROM DAY ONE AND THAT WFC KNEW ABOUT FROM DAY ONE AND WE DID NOT FIND OUT UNTIL JUST RECENTLY. A TOTAL VIOLATIONS OF EVERY RULE IN EXISTENCE!!! We were told continuously that our soils did not qualify! All lies. Marcia has written several MEMOS that say keep for 60 days. This is against your own laws. We have the right to view those things for the duration of the mine! So, we have no ideal of everything that is suppose to be up there and the things that have already been removed that we have not seen yet. As of yesterday, some of my letters prior to January 30,2010 are still not there. Again, when we called to object, we were told that we had to have SPECIFICS of what we were objecting to. Without viewing or being able to read the contents, that is hard to do We received your letter stating that DRMS is not requesting WFC to withdraw Permit Revision #6 even though DRMS received over 100 letters objecting to the way WFC cut the farmers and all of it's contents being untrue. We are requesting copies of the specific changes that DRMS are requiring during their review period because NONE of those are at the court house as of today We will go ahead and proceed with whatever we have to do and again we are objecting to Permit-Revision #6 and it's contents and to Permit-Renewal#5 which by law cannot be approved until the stipulation #16 and 917 have been fulfilled It is not a complete permit renewal and cannot be considered as an approved decision until those stipulations have been completely satisfied and they have not. We are planning on coning to Denver and then where ever after that. Marcia did not pick up her copy of my certified letter and it remained at the post office for more than 15 days.
