• DRYLAND EVER!!!!!!!! I do not believe that you read out letters. I do not believe that you <br />have read the permit-revision and I believe that DRMS and WFC has continuously discriminated <br />against the Morgan family. The facts that you put in your conclusion that you sent to Ross to re- <br />do indicates that you do not understand even HALF of what is happening. I do not believe that <br />you even know your own laws nor the purpose of them. They were made to regulate the <br />operators so that the landowner and his property was not destroyed and misused in the process <br />and you have not made them do their job in any form! You have allowed them to tell you what <br />they are going to do and also give you the information and tell you the information is correct <br />which is all lies. You have not made them follow the laws and regulations that were set forth to <br />protect us and you ignore most of what we say. NRCS has said many times"ASK THE <br />FARMER" THE FARMER KNOWS HOW THEY IRRIGATED AND FARMED!!! NRCS has <br />been misquoted and their letters used inappropriately. The properties that the letters were written <br />for have been extended to include numerous other pieces of property that never should have <br />been. I have been waiting for this meeting since AUGUST 2008. And you expect to settle or <br />come to some kind of conclusions in a 2 hour period. We need about 5 or 6 more meetings of 4 <br />to 6 hours long to even begin to get to the lies and falsehood that have been given to you and the <br />false conclusions that you have reached All of the laws state that there should be hearings and <br />public involvement and the landowner should be kept in constant updates and the doors of <br />communication should be open at all times. The laws say that reclamation should be a happy <br />time and an exciting tiem and the public and landowners should be involved ALL OF THE TIME <br />and monthly agendas posted in the local newspaper and public meetings and on and on and this <br />has been nothing but HELL and TURMOIL for us and constant fighting for what is right. We do <br />• not feel that you are doing your job and for you to allow Ross to put our irrigating, our farming, <br />and each and everyone of us down as he did in the revision is not acceptable. If the permit- <br />revision is not withdrawn and all the lies corrected and a descent permit-revision put out, we are <br />requesting a formal hearing in Denver and then we will go to the Federal Government after that <br />and we will not stop until all of these lies are addressed and corrected. We will not allow a <br />permit-revision of this nature, so full of lies, to be of a permanent nature or used as a reference <br />from now on because it is just lies!!! Also, your laws state that any documentation is suppose to <br />remain at the courthouse until all mining is completed and there are several letters at the court <br />house from Marcia that tells Danelle to leave it for viewing for 60 days and then remove it. This <br />is also not acceptable because your laws say it is to stay for viewing and some of these <br />documents that have already been removed, we have not finished reading such as permit- <br />renewal#5and your conclusions which we were only able to get part way through before they <br />were removed from the courthouse. I do not know all of your laws yet, but before the next <br />meeting, I will! I have read All of them, just have not studied all of them yet, but I will.
