FALSE INFORMATION IN PERMIT-REVISION #6 AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.
•
Ross Gubka, again, has provided completely untrue and false statements to the
DRMS as well as to the public and has WITHHELD the Truth, this is a CRIME!
(1) There has never been or never will be "Wild Flood Irrigating" where the water runs at will
across our lands.
(2) There is NO corrugated pipe used to irrigate with (No such thing)
(A) We use gated pipe
(B) Corrugates and Furrows are the same thing
© There are No such thing as Corrugated pipe/ditches
(3) NO 70 shares of water can EVER be used to irrigate 22.89 acres of property
(A) There was 60 shares MAXIMUM used on the ENTIRE 120 acres
mined (B) There was NEVER 70 shares ANYWHERE on the SUNSHINE PLACE that is being
.
© 70 shares on 22 acres would be a LAKE
(4) It never took 10 days or more to get across our property.
(A) We had gated pipe at the top of the field and across the middle of the field and a
• traveling Big gun in the triangle and a sideroll on the WEST side.
(B) We usually took 3-5 days to completely irrigate all of that property.
(5) We had just planted the Sunshine comer, so it was a brand new AV 120 Alfalfa field and Ross
and Lance BOTH were there and knew this. 360 tons of hay that year.
(A) We planted 70 pounds to the acre of oats and we always plant 70 pounds to the acre of
oats unlike what NRCS recommends. All the farmers here plant at least 70 pounds to the acre of
oats because we buy FEED oats Not SEED oats and Ross knows this also. All of the properties
EAST of 27 road has always been done with 70 pounds to the acre for a cover crop. Weimers
and all of the big ranchers and farmers do this. MRCS provides ESTIMATES and they are not
the farmers and this is what WE have always done. AND IT WORKS GOOD. WHY CHANGE
ANYTHING IF IT IS NOT BROKEN?
(6)Ail farmers did intensive irrigating and management!
(A) All farms being mined had FURROWS, or gated pipe, or big
(B) Ross Gubka has again lied and with held the truth from what actually y are the facts.
Ross Gubka knew that the Morgan property was PRIME soils and PRIME farmland
even before the lease was signed.
(1) 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 documentation at the court house shows PRIME soils from
the National handbook to have a PH of 4.5-8.4 ARE PRIME. Ross Gubka himself has this
documented.! M!
(2) DBMS BY LAW has the National Soil Handbook in the DBMS office and it must
•
