PARTI <br />Page No. 2 <br />Permit No. COG-070000 <br />CDPS GENERAL PERMIT <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION DEWATERING ACTIVITIES <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act (25-8-101 et. seq. CRS, 1973 as <br />amended), and the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq. as amended; the "Act"), entities engaged in <br />construction dewatering of groundwater and/or stormwater (excluding mine dewatering activities), are authorized to <br />discharge from approved locations throughout the State of Colorado to waters of the State. Such discharges shall be <br />in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, and III <br />hereof. <br />This permit specifically authorizes the identified entity to discharge from their wastewater treatment facilities, at the <br />described location, to identified waters of the state, as stated in the certification which is on page one of this permit. <br />The authorization to discharge under this permit is iii effect from the date of certification (page one of this permit) <br />until the expiration date identified below. <br />This permit becomes effective on December 1, 2006, and shall expire at midnight November 30, 2011. <br />Signed this 1" day of November 2006 <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT <br /> <br />Janet Kieler, Permits Section Manager <br />WATER QUALITY CONTROL DIVISION <br />DATE SIGNED: NOVEMBER 1, 2006 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: DECEMBER 1, 2006 <br />Revised 2/22/2010
