The revision was submitted by Seneca Coal Company, LL C. <br />All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filling. <br />The Technical Revision application presents a rerediation plan for a landslide in the Pond 12 watershed at the Yoat Mine, <br />referred to as the "Pond 12 Slide ". <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 7 miles Southwest of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is <br />further described as follows: <br />T6N, R87w, Portions of Sections 28, 29 and 32 <br />T N, R8 w, All of Section 17; Portions of Sections 5 , 8, 1 1 , 19, 20, 29, 30 <br />Mt. Harris & Dunekley <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle reap of Mount Harris and I unckley. <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed complete. At the time of <br />publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Hayden Public Library, <br />201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, CO 81639 -1813, and at the Division office. For additional information or to provide written <br />comment, contact the Division of Reclamation, Mi in and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />o 866-3567. In order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that comments be submitted within fifteen <br />1 days of this letter.
