The SWAP Administrator should <br />confirm that ore truck drivers are following a spill control plan and maintain spill control <br />equipment in their vehicles. <br />g. Identification of Discharges other than Stormwater <br />No discharges other than stormwater will occur at the mine site. <br />5. Comprehensive Inspection <br />The SWMP administrator will be responsible for insuring that BMPs, spill equipment, and all <br />operations areas are inspected at least twice annually for compliance with this SWMP. The <br />administrator will maintain a record of each inspection. He/she will summarize the inspection <br />results in an annual report to the CDPHE and will make copies of the inspection records available <br />at CDPHE request. <br />In addition, inspections of stormwater BMPs will be inspected within 24 hours of a rainfall event <br />which results in measurable runoff. BMWs found to be in need of maintenance will be repaired <br />immediately or as soon as practical. <br />6. Consistency with Other Plans <br />No other plans are required for this mine. However, this plan is consistent with related provisions <br />of the Colorado DRMS 112d permit for the Last Chance Mine. <br />7
