The USDA-Forest Service letter provided in TR-51 states "If material is removed from <br />the Forest and not sent to the Town, then the USFS must charge Bowie for that <br />disposition." According to revised page 2.05-39ii of the TR-51 submittal, approximately <br />1,200 cubic yards of excess rock were transported to the Bowie No. 1 Mine (3,000 cubic <br />yards minus 1,800 cubic yards).
