TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROSPECTING OPERATIONS: <br />1. Rechurtatiou measures shall be fulfilled in a timely manner and completed within five (5) years of completion of prospecting <br />activities. <br />2. The Prospecting operations described in this Notice will be conducted in such a manger as to minimize surface disturbances. <br />. In addition to the measures requited in Rule 5, precautions to be taken inch,&.- <br />A. Confbx meat of operations to areas near existing roads or trails, where practicable.
