MINE SITE MAP <br />Two maps are included in the SWMP for this site: <br />MAP 1 An Index map, to show general location of site <br />MAP 2 Excavation map, showing all required items as applicable to the site, listed below: <br />1. Mining site boundaries; <br />2. Access and haul roads; <br />3. Stormwater outfalls and an outline of the drainage area of each stormwater <br />outfall; <br />4. An estimate of the direction of flow; <br />5. Each existing structural control measure to reduce pollutants in stormwater <br />runoff; <br />6. Non-structural BMPs, as applicable; <br />7. Springs, streams, wetlands and other surface waters; <br />8. Mine drainage or any other process water; <br />9. Dedicated asphalt or any concrete batch plants; <br />10. Areas used for recycling of asphalt or concrete; <br />11. All areas of soil disturbance; <br />12. The location and description of all potential stormwater pollution sources, <br />including, but not limited to, the following: <br />a. Materials handling areas; <br />b. Vehicle fueling areas; <br />c. Fertilizer or chemical storage areas; <br />d. Areas used for storage or disposal of overburden, materials, soils or <br />wastes; and <br />e.
