We will supply the Division with copies of the following permits; Grand County Special <br />Use Permit, Colorado Stormwater Discharge Permit, Nationwide Permit Number 14 and <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment APENS Permit. Any <br />additional permits the Division feels they need copies of will be supplied upon request. <br />18. There is a man-made fence along the north side of the access road. This is the only <br />structure within 200 feet of the affected land. Enclosed is Exhibit F, a notarized <br />statement from Pickering Family LLC stating they own the fence as part of the purchase <br />of the 42 acre parcel which will be used for the access road. Also enclosed is Exhibit G a <br />notarized statement from Flintstone Gravel & Trucking, Inc. to Pickering Family LLC for <br />a damage reimbursement agreement should any damages to the fence occur during our <br />mining operation. <br />The following are additional items we would like to submit to the Division: <br />Exhibit H Proof of mailing of revisions to those entities which had received a packet prior to <br />notice of completion dated December 11, 2009. (3 Pages) <br />Exhibit I Verification of the Nationwide Permit Number 14 along with the corresponding <br />compliance certification which will be returned once the road is completed. <br />(4 Pages) <br />Revised Mining Plan <br />In order to comply with the Grand County Special Use Permit and accommodate <br />an asphalt batch plant we are requesting a change to our Mining Plan we <br />originally submitted. <br />Verification Proof of new mining plan and maps to the Grand County Clerk & Recorder. <br />I hope the enclosed material will be sufficiently address our adequacy review items you requested and <br />allow you to adjust our mining plan as needed to meet the requirements of the Grand County Special <br />Use Permit and an asphalt plant. <br />Should you need any clarification or information please contact me 970-531-9672. <br />Terry Pratt <br />Encl.
