IV av <br />Dear Peter: <br />Per your letter dated January 13, 2010 we submit the following information to address your adequacy <br />concerns: <br />1. Proof of publication in the Middle Park Times - Exhibit A <br />2. Proof of notices <br />a. Notices mailed to owners of land within 200 feet - Exhibit B, 2 pages <br />b. Notices mailed to utility companies - Exhibit C, 5 pages <br />c. Notice to owner of surface & mineral rights - Exhibit D <br />3. We thank the Colorado Historical Society for their comments and will certainly follow <br />state law CRS 24-8o part 13 should any human remains be discovered during mining. <br />4. We have had an engineering firm complete our storm water management plan - Packet <br />C-O enclosed and have submitted an application for our storm water discharge permit. <br />We will supply the division with a copy once it is received. <br />5. The location of the stormwater discharge point is noted on the SWMP C1.1 and has also <br />been depicted on the Mining Plan Map.. Also enclosed is Exhibit E, this is a letter of <br />clarification regarding their findings. <br />6. The location of the pond is noted on the SWMP map C1.1 and the Mining Plan Map.
