Our
accompanying responses are presented in a Comment/Response format to facilitate your review.
Please note that we have edited the text discussion to provide for the alternative of boring the pipeline
under the Fish Creek channel. This alternative will result in no more disturbance than the proposed
trenching activities (boring pits would be similar in dimension to the pipeline trench excavation and
would be within the 40-foot pipeline construction corridor). Also included in this response submittal are
two copies of all PAP text, and supporting materials that have been revised or added in response to
your comments, and as noted in our corresponding responses. New or revised materials provided for
insertion/replacement are identified, and placement instructions provided, by the attached Summary of
Revisions/Additions.
We appreciate your timely review of this response submittal package and look forward to approval of
the pending Technical Revision application. Thanks for your continuing cooperation and assistance.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this submittal or related matters.
Best rern,
ards;Je wenompany
Enviro en I Manager
cc: Mi e Berdine/TCC
