C2009-087
2/2/2010
SCCC commits to establishing four approximately 1 acre concentrated shrub areas within the PSCM
proposed disturbance with a shrub standard of 2000 stems/acre in the concentrated areas, as well as
a 200 stem/acre requirement in the reclamation not included in these concentrated areas. This is
acceptable.
36) Please add to Exhibit 2.05.4-E1 the maps referred to in that exhibit as Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2. Please
ensure that other maps referred to in exhibits are not missing.
SCCC has revised the table of contents of Exhibit 2.05.4-E1 to reference the correct maps; Map
2.04.13-M1 and Map 2.04.13-M2. SCCC's response is acceptable.
2.05.4(2)(b) Reclamation Cost Estimate:
SCCC did not include a reclamation cost estimate (RCE) in the PSCM. SCCC provided an inventory of
structures in Exhibit 2.05-35, as well as reclamation plans for proposed disturbance areas. The
Division is evaluating reclamation costs.
SCCC has updated Reclamation Costs in Section 2.05.4(2)(b). I am conducting a reclamation cost
estimate.
