The Division has no further concerns. No updates were necessary. <br />Section 2.05.3, Operation Plan- Permit Area <br />5. The Division understands that the Terror Creek Loadout shop building is being used by an <br />independent trucking company. As a reminder, all disturbances associated with the independent <br />trucking company that occur within the Terror Creek Loadout permit area are the responsibility <br />of the applicant of the Terror Creek Loadout permit, the Terror Creek Company. <br />Oxbow noted the Division's reminder. <br />Section 2.05.4. Reclamation Plan <br />6. The Division has not finished its review of the reclamation cost estimate for RIV-5. When finished, <br />a copy of the reclamation cost estimate worksheets will be sent to Oxbow for its review. <br />The Division has finished its review of the reclamation cost estimate for RN-5. Attached are the <br />cost estimate worksheets. The cost estimate totaled $276,095.00, an increase of $12,097.00 over <br />the current bond liability of $263,998.00. The increase came mainly from increased equipment <br />costs. Please inform the Division in writing if the Division's reclamation cost estimate is <br />acceptable to the Terror Creek Company. <br />Section 2.07.6, Criteria for Review of Permit Applications for Permit Approval or Denial <br />As required in Section 2.07.6(1)(b), the Division will be conducting a computer check of the <br />Applicant Violator System (A VS) and will inform the operator of the results.
