The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has finished its adequacy review of Oxbow
Mining's responses dated April 2, 2008 to the Division's March 20, 2008 adequacy review letter for
Permit Renewal No. 5 for the Terror Creek Loadout. The following is the status of the issues:
Section 2.03.3, Format and Supplemental Information
1. Please update the information on permit application page 2.03-2R concerning personnel at the
Terror Creek Loadout.
The Division has no further concerns. Page 2.03-2R was revised in the April 2, 2008 submittal.
Section 2.03.4, Identification of Interests
2. Please update the identification of interests information that is required in Sections 2.03.4(1)
through (10) of the permit application, where applicable.
The Division has no further concerns. The April 2, 2008 submittal contained an updated list of
officers and directors on revised permit pages 2.03-5R, 2.03-6R and 2.03-6Ra. Two corporate
certifications were also included in the submittal.
Section 2.03.5, Compliance Information
3. Please update Section 2.03.5, Compliance Information, if applicable.
The Division has no further concerns. No updates were necessary, although page 2.03-1 OR was
revised in the April 2, 2008 submittal to note that the review was made for RN-5.
Section 2.03.10, Identification of Other Licenses and Permits
4. If applicable, please update the list of other licenses and permits in Section 2.03.10.
