A public <br />notice of the proposed decision was published in the Steamboat Pilot on January 17, 2010. This public <br />notice initiated a ten-day public comment period that parties having objections or concerns could submit <br />their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed revision. No comments were received by the <br />Division during the public comment period. The public comment period closed at 5:00 pm January 27, <br />2010.
