This is a former surface coal mining site that is in final <br />reclamation (post-mining) and full Phase I bond release has been granted for backfilling and grading areas that were mined. Segment 04 is Use Protected, and is classified for the following <br />beneficial uses: Aquatic Life Class 2 Warm; Recreation Class E; and Agriculture.
