The latitude and longitude of the entrance to the Pit is 31°05'37.78" and 106°04'52.50" <br />6.3.3 Exhibit C - Mining Plan <br />2. Mining will commence in 2010 and end in 2015 <br />3. The Operator commits to salvaging and replacing 6 to 12 inches of topsoil or importing fine <br />materials from the Robins Gravel Pit (M-2002-014) if necessary for revegetation. <br />4. The Operator does not intend to stockpile topsoil for longer than one growing season. <br />5. There is no overburden after the initial topsoil is removed. <br />6. The basalt rock will be mined to a maximum depth of 20 feet, but in no case below the depth <br />of the surface of the irrigation pump pond. <br />7. Water use will be approximately a.f.per year for reclamation purposes. <br />8. Explosives will be used in conjunction with Mining and the Operator will comply with the <br />Blasting Vibration Control Plan outlined in DRMS review by Allen Sorenson dated December <br />19, 2007 (DRMS File No. M- 2007-080).
