Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily <br />address any concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues <br />that have not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no <br />extension has been requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />1.6.2 General Applicant Procedures <br />1. The Division has not received proof of publication. Please submit proof of publication as <br />required by Rule 1.6.2(1)(g). Proof of publication may consist of either a copy of the last <br />newspaper publication, to include the date published, or a notarized statement from the paper. <br />The application will not be approved until such proof has been obtained. <br />6.3.3 Exhibit C - Mining Plan <br />2. Please specify how much water will be used in conjunction with the operation as required by <br />Rule 6.3.3(h). <br />6.3.4 Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan <br />3. The Reclamation Plan states the Robins Rock Pit will be reclaimed as mining progresses <br />within each mined area. Please illustrate the phasing on the Mining Plan Map and the <br />Reclamation Plan Map. <br />4. The Applicant has listed the grass species to be used for reclamation, but did not specify the <br />quantity.
