The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />Diffuse knapweed, a noxious weed, was growing throughout the site. Rule 3.1.10(4) states 1 /29 /10 <br />methods,of weed control shall be employed for all prohibited noxious weed species. <br />PB or PV: PB_ <br />TOPIC(S): RV <br />Corrective actions are to: - <br />The Operator shall develop a noxious weed control plan in consultation with the Larimer <br />County Weed Control District. The noxious weed control plan shall be submitted to the <br />Division as a Technical Revision. Upon Division approval of the Technical Revision, the <br />Operator shall implement the plan and clear the site of all Diffuse Knapweed. The Operator <br />must submit the noxious weed control plan to the Division by January 29, 2010. Removal of <br />the Diffuse Knapweed must be completed by February 26,201 O.Proof of compliance may be <br />in the form of photographs or the Operator may request a follow up inspection.
