6.4.4 (i) - Explosives will not be used over the course of mining. <br />Rule 3.1.10 - See changes made to Exhibit E. <br />6.4.7 - As noted in Exhibit M, a gravel well permit will be obtained with the Colorado <br />Division of Water Resources prior to mining. <br />Further adequacy items in the letter from DRMS have been directly addressed in the body <br />of the permit application text.
