Proposed Wagner Pit Project - Special Use <br />Permit and DRM&S 110 Permit Application for Wagner Rock, LLC - an 8.20 acre site <br />located in the S/2, NE/4 of Section 6, T6N, R90W. <br />Sir: <br />Wagner Rock, LLC is applying for a DMR&S Limited Impact 110 Permit and a <br />Moffat County Special Use Permit for an 8.20 acre site A site location map is enclosed. <br />The Applicant will be applying for a Moffat County Special Use Permit through the <br />County Planning Office permit process. The applicant/landowner wish to noti?- the <br />DOW as to the nature of the pro)ect and request that the DOW provide comments, if <br />deemed necessary, as to any special wildlife concerns the Division may, have. <br />Future mining activities will move from the west to east Nvith general concurrent <br />reclamation. Limited Screening, crushing, and possible asphalt production and material <br />stockpiling operations may be temporally located at the site from time to time.
