The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION DATE <br />1. Problem: The Financial Warranty is not at a level which reflects the actual current cost to TBO / <br />reclaim this site as required by Rule 4.2.1(1). <br />Corrective Actions: Submit additional Financial Warranty to bring the amount held up to $2.480. <br />2. Problem: The Operation appears to meet the criteria listed in Rule 1.13.2, Indications of <br />Temporary Cessation, that require the Operator to file with the Division a Notice of Temporary <br />Cessation. <br />Corrective Action: Within 90 days of the date of this inspection report, provide evidence that the <br />Cessation is not required.
