Rights and Augmentation <br />All water rights issues such as availability of water for this operation, consumption rates, dust <br />control, etc. is presented in Exhibit G - Water Information. <br />6. Schedule of Operations <br />Mining operations will occur as dictated by demand. Mining, screening and processing will take <br />place year round and product will be sold from this site throughout the year, although little is <br />expected to be sold in winter months. The operator will not have night gravel mining operations. <br />7. Crowley County Impacts and Environmental Impacts <br />The impacts to Crowley County will be limited. Minimal dust is expected from the operation due <br />to the pit and roads being watered as needed, and a low annual production level. Traffic will enter <br />County Road A via County Lane 15 then access Highway 207 and will travel in either direction <br />depending on sales. It is possible that other local roads may be used by light truck traffic. No new <br />impacts to county services will occur. The long term effect of the operation will be beneficial to <br />the environment by providing a more diverse rangeland upon reclamation as well as providing for <br />the local market demand.
