Smoke, dust, or odors, heat and glare beyond the boundaries of <br />the property. <br />6. Snow storage problems. <br />7. Aggravation of an existing flood hazard or increase of flood <br />hazard to upstream or downstream properties. <br />8. Geologic hazards, increase of existing geologic hazard or subject <br />adjacent properties to geologic hazards. <br />9. Other objectionable influences beyond the boundaries of the <br />property on which such use is located. <br />10. Truck traffic to and from such uses shall not create hazards or <br />nuisance to areas elsewhere in the County nor shall it unduly damage <br />public roads. <br />C. That such use is designed and will be developed in manner to allow <br />man to function in harmony with wildlife habitat. <br />
