amec <br />C. Thickness of geomembrane and surface area of the installed geomembrane. <br />d. Type of seaming, patching, and tacking equipment. <br />e. A copy of the MANUFACTURER's and/or Fabricator's approval letter(s) and/or <br />license(s), if applicable. <br />B. CONTRACTOR shall provide the following information after contract award but within ten (10) <br />days prior to geomembrane arrival on -site and prior to commencement of the Work: <br />1. A copy of each of the Quality Control Certificates on each lot of resin issued by the resin <br />Supplier for the specific material for this project including certification of the resin for <br />extrusion welding. <br />2. The results of Quality Control testing conducted by the MANUFACTURER on the resin <br />used in manufacturing the specific material for this project. <br />3. A listing that correlates the resin to the individual geomembrane rolls and welding rods. <br />4. A copy of the geomembrane roll Quality Control Certificates. These certificates shall be <br />supplied at a minimum frequency of one (1) per every fifty thousand (50,000) square feet of <br />geomembrane material produced. These certificates shall be issued only for the individual <br />geomembrane rolls sampled and tested by the MANUFACTURER or its representative. <br />The certificates will contain test results of properties outlined in Article 2.01 of this Section. <br />MANAGER reserves the right to refuse use of any geomembrane supplied without the <br />proper quality control documentation at no cost to CC &V. <br />5. A detailed list of performance criteria for the geomembrane material being produced for this <br />project. (Note: Performance criteria are sometimes referred to as "minimum property <br />values." Refer to Articles 2.01 and 2.02 of this Section for geomembrane properties and <br />Test Methods.) <br />6. Resume from the INSTALLER of the Installation Superintendent, Master Seamer, and <br />Quality Control Inspector to be assigned to the work, including dates and duration of <br />employment. <br />7. Certification from the INSTALLER that both the Installation Supervisor, Quality Control <br />Inspector, and Master Seamer have reviewed the SPECIFICATIONS, Construction Quality <br />Assurance Plan, and the DRAWINGS. <br />8. A panel layout drawing showing the proposed installation layout identifying field seams and <br />including areas such as sumps, trenches and pipe penetrations as well as any variance or <br />additional details that deviate from the DRAWINGS. The layout shall be adequate for use <br />as a construction plan and shall include dimensions, details, etc. Any proposed variance or <br />deviation from these documents shall be submitted to MANAGER in writing a minimum of <br />seven (7) Working days prior to the scheduled start of geomembrane installation and will be <br />accepted/rejected by CERTIFYING ENGINEER prior to start of installation. <br />9. A list of personnel performing field- seaming operations along with pertinent experience <br />information. <br />i - 10.
