Blasting was performed in these areas Monday (11/2/2009), Tuesday (11/3/2009), <br />Wednesday (11/4/2009), and Thursday (11/5/2009). <br />G) Material Processing <br />1) South Cresson Clay Processing Area <br />Processing of Soil Liner Fill material continued at the South Cresson Clay Process. Approximately 320 linear feet of <br />each pipe size (10" and 12 ") was installed during the week. <br />Pipe trench excavation and bedding was performed throughout the week for the Crushing <br />waterline using a CAT 330 excavator and a CAT 980 front -end loader. The pipe bedding material <br />was moisture conditioned and compacted using the bucket of the CAT 330 excavator. <br />Approximately 1500 linear feet of 10" HDPE pipe was placed in the Crushing waterline trench <br />excavated throughout the week. Backfilling of the pipe was not performed during the week. <br />I) Miscellaneous <br />Ames salvaged gravel from the old substation site was performed using a CAT D -9 dozer and a <br />CAT 375 excavator. The material was loaded into 40 -ton haul trucks and stockpile just south of <br />the excavation. This work activity was finished Tuesday (11/3/2009). <br />III) Underground Workings <br />A) Drilling <br />No work performed during the week. <br />B) Mine Shaft/Stope Remediation <br />The Kitty Lane and Thompson shaft were encountered during cut at the old substation site. The <br />underground workings were surveyed.
