The CQC
certificates provided by the resin manufacturer are presented in Appendix J -3.
5.2.2 Roll CQC Certificates
Poly -Flex provided CQC certificates for each roll (approximately every 10,000 f) of LLDPE
geomembrane used for the project, exceeding the required minimum frequency of one per
50,000 square feet of geomembrane. Golder reviewed the CQC certificates to verify
conformance of the geomembrane to the project requirements. Geomembrane was placed only
when complete CQC documentation was provided to Golder and Golder determined that test
results met or exceeded project specifications. The geomembrane roll CQC certificates are
presented in Appendix J-4.
5.2.3 Welding Rod CQC Certificates
Welding rod certification consisted of resin CQC documents for the resin used to manufacture
the welding material for the Cresson Project. The welding material used on this project was
produced from two batches of resin. Golder's review of the CQC certification indicates that the
resin used to manufacture the welding material met project specifications. The welding rod
CQC certificates are presented in Appendix J -5.
5.3 Geotextile CQC Documents
Geotextile used to construct the LDT and Underdrains was manufactured by the Amoco
Fabrics and Fibers Company of Austell, Georgia. Quality Control Certificates for the
geotextile, which meet the project specification, are presented in Appendix J -6.
I 203W4 =CetWB02=3220)A400.04740un.doc Golder Associates
