<br />Oakridge Energy, Inc., whose office is located at 4613 Jacksboro Highway, Wichita Falls,
<br />Texas 76301 (telephone (940) 322 -4772) has filed an application for a revision to a valid
<br />existing permit for the Carbon Junction Mine (permit C -92 -080) with the Colorado
<br />Division of Minerals and Geology. The subject of the application is the renewal of the
<br />existing mining and reclamation permit for another five year permit term. The legal
<br />description of the permit area is: a tract of land located within Section 33, Township 34%2
<br />North, Range 9 West and Section 33 of Township 35 North, Range 9 West of the Tenth
<br />Principal Meridian, La Plata County, Colorado and being more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />A perimeter tract of land less an inscribed tract of land located In Section 33,
<br />Township 35 North, Range 9 West, Section 33, Township 34'/2 North, Range 9 West
<br />and Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 9 West, North of Ute Line, New Mexico
<br />Principal Meridian, In La Plata County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Section 33, Township 35 North;
