The U.S.G.S. 7.5 minute quadrangles titled "Durango <br />East" and "Loma Linda" contain the permit area of the mine. The mine site is located two <br />miles southeast of the Durango city limits, midway up Carbon Junction Canyon, on <br />Ewing Mesa. This is approximately one mile east of the Highway 160 -550 business route <br />junction, lying one mile east of the Animas River. A copy of the technical revision is <br />available for public review at the the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder's Office, La <br />Plata County Courthouse, 1060 Second Avenue, Durango, CO 81302, and at the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, phone (303) 866 -3567.
