The required fee of $257.00 for the renewal of this SWSP has been submitted (receipt <br />no. 3643717). The original supply plan was approved on July 31, 2008 and it was most recently <br />approved in a letter dated December 2, 2008. <br />Plan Operation :; <br />The Parker = Dersham Mine is located directly west of Hall- Irwin's existing Baseline <br />Resource Gravel Mine (DRMS No. M97 -058). The Baseline gravel mine is currently active and <br />is covered under a separate SWSP. Operations at the site are expected to occur during nine <br />months of the year from March through November. <br />The applicant will dewater the active mining area to allow for dry mining. The dewatering <br />water will be conveyed through dewatering trenches to the 7.18 acre settling pond located at <br />the Baseline Resource Gravel Mine site and returned back to the river via the Baseline return. <br />An alluvial well has been constructed on the Baseline Resource Gravel Mine Site <br />( "Baseline Resource site ") to provide water for concrete batching at the Baseline Resource site <br />and dust suppression. This well is currently permitted under well permit no. 66961 -F (WDID <br />0210141) for operation under the Baseline Resource site SWSP and is located outside the <br />boundaries of the slurry wall.
