See Exhibit <br />M.1 for a copy of the permit <br />Colorado Department of Health has issued permits for all our portable crushing <br />equipment which we will use in the pit when necessary. <br />A storm water discharge permit is not required, because no water is discharged from <br />the land. Any storm water accumulation will be on the pit floor and quickly absorbed <br />into the permeable layer below. <br />
