Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) has begun the review of the above referenced <br />112c application. Staff notes that the final date for public comment was reportedly December 10, 2009. <br />As noted in the review worksheet DRMS has not received any proof of publication or notice to adjacent <br />landowners. <br />Please find attached a Preliminary Adequacy Review worksheet. A few issues need clarification or <br />correction. Please respond to the noted issues which are in italics within the review.
