Enclosed is an application for a technical
revision to revise and clarify the hydrologic monitoring plan
section 2 .05.6(3) and Exhibit 3. Following are Honeywood's
comments to the issues raised in the Division's letter:
1. The following changes were made to page 3-2 of Exhibit 3.
A. Flow rate and water level was added to the parameter
list.
B. Units of measurement was added to the parameter list.
C. A note was added to the bottom of the page that indicates
underground water samples will be analyzed for dissolved
parameters.
D. A note was added to the bottom of the page that indicates
surface water samples will be analyzed for total
recoverable parameters except as noted.
2 . The baseline sample analysis included in Exhibit 3, presents
data supplied by the testing laboratory. In some cases the
laboratory did report results below the detection limit. The
information contained in Exhibit 3 was revised so it does not
show results below detection limits.
3. A new page 2 .05-35a is included that explains the sampling
methods and how flow measurements are taken.
