(4) We will begin to shape the exterior side slopes in the south
area once the perimeter of the mined area is reached.
Existing topsoil stockpiles along the sides and on the
bottom of the pit have overgrown with weeds so we do not
have an erosion problem at this time. We will continue to
salvage topsoil from the newly stripped areas as mining
progresses.
