Technical Revision (TR -2) <br />Importing Offsite- Generated Fill Materials. This revision will allow future occurrences of importing materials, <br />subject to review and approval by this office. Please be reminded that such notices should include not only a physical <br />description of the material and its source(s), but also description of where it will be placed and/or used for the onsite <br />reclamation. Timely, submittal of such notices, prior to importing the materials, allows this office to determine whether <br />the materials are inert and/or their use is appropriate. At this time, there is no bond adjustment associated with this <br />aspect of the revision, however, there may be situations in which importing materials could result in a bond <br />adjustment. <br />Noxious Weed Control Plan. The details of the plan appear to be sufficient to provide effective control of current <br />and future infestations. Please ensure that its ongoing implementation is timely and complete. At this time there is no <br />bond adjustment associated with this aspect of the revision. Please be reminded that weed control activities that are <br />performed and their results should be reported in the permit annual report. (Note: It is acknowledged that this same <br />weed control plan will be implemented by the operator at all of its Gunnison- and Crested Butte -area permitted sites.) <br />The technical revision has been approved, and has been made part of the permit. <br />Thank you for the information and the timely corrections.
