Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please find a copy of a letter from the Colorado Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (SHPO), <br />received by the Division on December 16, 2009, regarding Twentymile Coal Company's (TCC) TR70 <br />application. The SHPO concurs that a finding of "no historic properties affected" is appropriate for the <br />proposed activities.
