Rule 6.4.19 EXHIBIT S — Permanent Man -made Structures
The only permanent man -made structures within 200 feet of the affected land is Moffat
County Road 21, which is a rural gravel roadway, and two existing culverts under County
Road 21. The Slope Stability Evaluation prepared by Northwest Colorado Consultants
dated July 1, 2009 identified that a 1.5:1 cut slope starting at the assumed right -of -way
for MCR 21 will be stable and recommended a final slope configuration of 3:1 or flatter.
There is no dedicated right -of -way for MCR 21 adjacent to the site. Therefore the pit
boundary has been located to approximately 35 feet from the west edge of the gravel
road -MCR 21. The Operator will comply with the recommendations from the Slope
Stability Evaluation.
