Rule 6.4.19 EXHIBIT S — Permanent Man -made Structures <br />The only permanent man -made structures within 200 feet of the affected land is Moffat <br />County Road 21, which is a rural gravel roadway, and two existing culverts under County <br />Road 21. The Slope Stability Evaluation prepared by Northwest Colorado Consultants <br />dated July 1, 2009 identified that a 1.5:1 cut slope starting at the assumed right -of -way <br />for MCR 21 will be stable and recommended a final slope configuration of 3:1 or flatter. <br />There is no dedicated right -of -way for MCR 21 adjacent to the site. Therefore the pit <br />boundary has been located to approximately 35 feet from the west edge of the gravel <br />road -MCR 21. The Operator will comply with the recommendations from the Slope <br />Stability Evaluation. <br />
