Ill. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br /> Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br /> during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br /> and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br /> Support Facilities <br /> The entire South Portal reclaimed area remains stable and in good condition. There were no signs of <br /> erosion or instability. The facilities area(former shop and warehouse) and all perimeter locations at <br /> the South Portal were well maintained. <br /> The North Portals area was inspected and no problems were noted during this inspection. Coal Creek <br /> was dry at the time of the inspection. <br /> The 2-West Portals and Compressor/Substation sites were inspected. As shown in attached <br /> Photograph No. 4, vegetative cover is sparse at the portal sites themselves,but all of these locations are <br /> stable and well maintained. <br /> At the UTL loop area, Halliburton was very active with construction of the Cameo Sand Offloading <br /> Facility. As seen in attached Photograph No. 5, substantial progress has been made in implementing <br /> the Industrial/Commercial Postmining Land Use. A silt fence constructed to protect two of the <br /> identified wetland areas at the UTL during Halliburton's construction of the Cameo Sand Facility is <br /> shown in Photograph No. 6. <br /> No problems were noted at any of the support facility locations during this inspection. <br />
