9. This reclamation plan includes the flexibility to develop the low areas within the <br />excavation area to control stormwater. If these low areas collect a substantial <br />amount of water for an extended period of time, the landowner will be notified. <br />10. Local access roads will be developed for the construction and mining of this <br />facility. They will be graded and drained, and at the landowner's option, some <br />roads may remain for post-mining use. <br />Amendment (Permit M-2005-006 Am 001) <br />The Amendment 001 has some impact on this Exhibit E. In Item 2 on Page 1, the text says: <br />"The maximum gradient of all of the reclaimed slopes will be 4:1... " That has been <br />corrected to ..."The maximum gradient of all of the reclaimed slopes will be 3:1 ... <br />(Emphasis added). <br />Exhibit E is impacted by the existing Access Road and the following attached <br />Amendments: <br />Exhibit A (Amended) <br />Exhibit A-I (Amended) <br />Exhibit A-2 (Amended) <br />Exhibit B-2 (Amended) <br />Exhibit C-3 (Amended) <br />Exhibit D (Amended) <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan (page 2)
