B.) Please display the current topsoil pile located along 35 Avenue on the Mining Plan <br />Map. <br />6.4.5 EXHIBIT E — Reclamation Plan <br />C.) On page E1 of the Reclamation Plan, it states "All disturbed areas around the <br />perimeter of the mined area will be revegetated as needed with a native seed mix." <br />Please remove the "as needed" portion of this sentence. All disturbed area above the <br />water line of the mining cells must be revegetated. <br />6.4.6 EXHIBIT F — Reclamation Plan Map <br />D.) Please address item #13 from the first adequacy review: <br />13.) In accordance with Rule 6.4.6 the map must show the proposed topography <br />of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate <br />of slope of all reclaimed lands. Please include this information on the reclamation <br />plan map. <br />6.4.12 EXHIBIT L — Reclamation Costs <br />E.) Please address item #20 from the first adequacy review: <br />20.) It appears that the majority of the South Central Pit and East Pit will be <br />backfilled so that only 16 and 11 acres of open water will remain. How many <br />acres (if any) are already backfilled in the South Central Pit and East Pit? How <br />deep will material be backfilled into the South Central and East Pit? <br />F.) Please address item 421 from the first adequacy review: <br />21.) How much material is on site currently to backfill the South Central and East <br />Pit excavations? <br />G.)
