Two consecutive public notice's of the proposed <br />decision were published in the Cram Daily Press on September 23, 2009 and September 30, 2009. <br />The Septelrlber 23rd public notice initiated a thirty-day public comment period that parties having. <br />objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed revision. <br />. No comments were received by the Division during the public conulient period.
