At this time it is not necessary to <br />grant a discharge license for the historical uses of discharging ground water into the 33 <br />Road Drain system. <br />The existing pipes have been identified as being located at the following two points. <br />1. N34533.91, E124397.85 of the Mesa County Local Coordinate System <br />2.
