PAGE 35 OF 35 <br />Attachment #I To Addendum # 1 <br />SAMPLE OF PUBLIC NOTICE TO BE ISSUED <br />IN COMMUNITY PAPER <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />M.A. Concrete Construction Inc.; is 2323 River Road, Grand Junction, Colorado 81502, <br />(970) 243-3221, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials <br />Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br />provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Material. The proposed mine is known as the 32.5 Road Gravel Pit, and is located at or <br />near Section 23, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, Ute Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is September 1, 2009, and the proposed date of <br />completion is September 1, 2014. The proposed future use of the land is low density <br />residential. Additional information and the tentative decision date may be obtained <br />from the Division of Mineral and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, <br />Colorado, 80203, (303)-866-3567, or at the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder's office at <br />544 Rood Avenue, Grand Junction Colorado, or the above-named applicant. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be <br />received by the Division of Minerals and Geology byifop p.m. on (Final Date for <br />Comments) /? <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sea. Comments related to <br />noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property value and other <br />social or economic concerns are issues not subject to this Office's jurisdiction. These <br />subjects, and similar ones, are typically addressed by your local governments, rather <br />than the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety or the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board.
