(7) Fire lanes or access roads are not necessary for this site. <br />(8) Planting of any area will not be delayed due to the use of the area for <br />disposal of refuse, or where permanent pools have been formed. Permanent <br />planting will be delayed until all levels of the phase are mined out. All areas <br />will employ normal stabilization of the surfaces to prevent erosion problems. <br />No slopes steeper than 2H:1 V will be left during the mining operations. <br />(9) There are no adverse characteristics of the site anticipated that could <br />prohibit planting or revegetation of the site. <br />3.1.11 Buildings and Structures <br />There are no existing or proposed buildings or, structures at this site <br />3.1.12 Signs and Markers <br />(1) The entrance to the mine site will have a sign designating the area as a <br />permitted mine site through the State. All required information will be <br />posted on the sign. <br />(2) Markers are placed at sufficient places to delineate the boundaries of <br />the site. <br />3.1.13 Spill Reporting <br />The mine operator shall notify all required agencies should a spill of any <br />toxic or hazardous substance, including spills of petroleum products that <br />occur within the mined land permit area.
