EXHBIIT C-2- SITE DESCRIPTION
a. The entire mining and surrounding area is dominated with big sagebrush and
contains no indicators of wetlands. In addition the ravine does not contain any
indicators of seasonal flow. The following letter, pictures and maps from
Ecological Resource Consultants, Inc. will verify these findings. Exhibits I & J
further detail the soil and vegetation characteristics.
b. There are no man-made structures within two hundred (200) feet of the
affected area.
C. An unnamed seasonal tributary to Smith Creek will receive any of the
stormwater discharge from the treatment pond that will be constructed per the
Stormwater Management Plan.
Rev 11/20/09
