Horse Gulch Excess Spoil Fill. The progress on Horse Gulch Fill confirms inspection reports received <br />by the Division. <br />Reveaetation <br />Revegetated areas show good cover with no signs of noxious of invasive vegetation. <br />Slides and Damage <br />The 2006 landslide area appeared stable with work completed to strip the area for the Horse Gulch <br />Fill in compliance with PR -06. No further movement was noted during the inspection. <br />Reclamation Success <br />There did not appear to be any problems noted with reclamation efforts at the site. <br />Trapper Mine was operating as permitted, with no major problems or maintenance issues noted at the <br />time of the inspection. <br />
